refund policy

this applies to the pro plan and phone numbers, both billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record for every purchase on im.

canceling

cancel anytime from settings. you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that. we don't refund the unused portion of a current period.

phone numbers

removing a number from an identity cancels that number's subscription the same way: it stops future billing, and the current period isn't refunded.

exceptions

if you were charged in error, charged after a cancellation that didn't go through, or something else genuinely went wrong on our end, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

disputes

because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, they handle the actual refund and chargeback process for any purchase. see Paddle's Buyer Terms for how that works.
