your account

there are no passwords. signing in sends a one-time link to your email address, so anyone with access to that inbox can access your account. keep it secure, and sign out other sessions from settings if you ever suspect otherwise.

acceptable use

you may not use im to:

• impersonate a real person to commit fraud or harass someone
• generate aliases or numbers to evade a ban, block, or abuse policy elsewhere
• send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk mail through a forwarding alias
• break any law applicable to you

accounts used for any of the above can be suspended or deleted without notice.

plans and payment

the free plan covers a limited number of identities with unlimited aliases, sharing, and vault storage. the pro plan and phone numbers are paid add-ons, billed monthly.

Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), our payment processor, acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase made on im. that means your payment, invoicing, currency conversion, and applicable tax are handled by Paddle, not by us, and purchases are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

you can cancel a subscription anytime from settings. see the refund policy for what happens when you do.

availability

im is a small, independently run product. we aim to keep it up and your data intact, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

your data

what we collect and how it's handled is covered in the privacy policy. you can export everything you've stored, or permanently delete your account and all associated data, anytime from settings.

changes

if these terms change in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. continuing to use im after a change means you accept the update.
